Fine Art School Photography

Hello! I'm Tiara and I’m a fully licensed Pre-K–12 art teacher with FCPS and over 12 years of experience photographing children and families across Northern Virginia.

I hold a BFA from James Madison University and two master’s degrees from George Mason University in Art Education and Educational Leadership.

At Foraged Photo, I create a relaxed, welcoming school photo experience that focuses on who your child truly is. I bring a portable studio directly to your school and work with a small, dedicated team to capture genuine expressions, natural movement, and timeless portraits. No forced smiles, no cheesy flashes, just thoughtful, fine art images in a calm, kid-friendly environment.

Families receive secure online galleries with a small, curated selection of images to choose from, along with access to high-quality prints, digital files, and boutique products like framed prints and canvases. Prints are ordered online and delivered directly to the school.

I proudly serve daycares, homeschool groups, and K–12 schools with 5–100 students and believe strongly in giving back through school donations or added services. I also offer event and documentary photography for concerts, celebrations, and graduations.
